5 Cool London Date Ideas this Week 12/11 – 18/11

5 of the BEST Date Ideas in London this week to get those creative juices flowing…

We hope you enjoyed your weekend and have completely bossed this Monday. Here is our summary of the most awesome things to get out and about for this week. There’s a taste of Japan, an Irish takeover in Bermondsey and the chance to get a little creative South of the river. Here’s hoping you all have a cracking week all of you!

Shiny Disco Balls… and Yoga

With a live DJ and some seriously groovy tunes, you’ll be dancing, yoga-ing and non-stop laughing! Disco yoga at Trapeze starts off the exact way every disco should start off, covering yourselves in biodegradable glitter! Better yet, you get to bond with your classmates over a complimentary superfood cocktail afterwards.

Taste of Festivity

The capital’s favourite showcase of culinary delights will be returning to Tobacco Docks this weekend for a festive extravaganza. There will be demonstrations from some of the best chefs, sampling of delicious dishes and drinks and all the inspiration you could ever wish for, ahead of the Christmas period.

Let’s Get Arty

Wimbledon is opening up the secret studios of its resident artists this weekend. The Wimbledon Art Fair is on of the greatest art fairs south of the river. You’ll have the chance to meet the artists in person and attend workshops to channel your inner Picasso. There will of course be the chance to purchase a selection of art, ceramics, sculptures and photography with prices ranging from £50 to upwards of £5,000.

A Beermondsey Pop-Up

Cork, the cosmopolitan town on the South Coast of Ireland, is upping sticks and descending on Bermondsey Street. The Bermondsey Street Bar and Kitchen will play host to this incredibly Irish affair as the Franciscan Well Brewery comes to town. The all singing all dancing pop up will of course be bringing with it a live Irish band to ensure your toes remain tapping the entire evening.

Hyper Japan

Head this way if you are a big fan of anything Japanese. From Sake, ramen and sushi sampling, to Harajuku fashion shows, there’ll be a gaming centre and screenings of the latest anime films. If this exhibition really warms up your taste buds, there will be numerous tourism and travel agents ready to get you booked for a trip to the home of the 2020 Olympic games.

Until next week…….
