Say “goodbye” to standard, run of the mill dates and “hello” to stuff that will almost guarantee you and your date having a kick-ass time! This week’s cool London date ideas are up – and there really is something for everybody!
Big screens in London are great date ideas! So, Vauxhall council have jumped all over this with Black Panther showing this Tuesday…. FOR FREE! Obviously the weather could be a bit of a curveball, but at least you’re close to one of London’s best transport hubs in case you need to make a mad dash.
Going for spicy food on a first date is not always the greatest idea. BUT, for the more daring among us, head to the Hot Sauce Society’s HOT SAUCE FEST in Peckham this weekend. Tickets are £12, but you can expect lots of cool activities, bars and street food.
After spending 18 months doing classes via zoom, doing a class outside…. with people is still something we’re all getting used to. The National Gallery is hosting “Sketch in the Square” during August for you and your date to take advantage of. Perfect for those of you wanting to do something a little more creative on a date.
Live music is always a winner – and how much have we missed going to gigs? South Facing Festival in Crystal Palace with acts including The Streets and Dizzee Rascal. It’s running until the end of August, so there will definitely be something that tickles your fancy.
If you fancy a chilled out date in the sun whilst devouring street food and nursing pints of craft beer, then Ally Pally is right up your Alley (pow!). StrEATlife, The Street Food and Craft Beer Festival is invading the iconic North London venue this Saturday and Sunday and is sure to be a decent day out.
Until next week!
