5 Cool London Date Ideas This Week 23/5-29/5

5-day work weeks feel so much longer when sandwiched between shorter weeks. NEVER FEAR, we have 5 really cool London date ideas to help break up the norm. Enjoy!

The “Bed of ROSÉS” Date

Red? White? Not sure? If you can’t decide on which wine you’d like to drink, then the Rosé Festival is right of your alley. Happening in Fulham this weekend, it’s the summery drinks festival you didn’t know you needed. The perfect date idea to casually soak up the sun and watch the world go by whether it’s date number 1 or 100.

The “(Roof) TOP of my Game” Date

One of London’s top rooftop bar-slash-date places, Roof East in Stratford is back for another summer of activity-based fun. Whether it’s bowling, ping pong, darts, crazy golf or smashing baseballs….. You’ll definitely find something to do to crush those awkward silences.

The “Good Times on TAP(as)” Date

El Bandarra Aperitivo Week is a new initiative from El Bandarra (shock – it’s in the name) to bring a traditional Spanish pastime  to the UK. The week concludes on Sunday the 29th at Meatliquor in Clapham where you can enjoy a Spritz on the terrace for the perfect Sunday date.

The “PUBlic Display of Affection” Date

Gigs are great date ideas. So, why not spread your bets with a festival! Pub in the Park kicks off this weekend in Wimbledon with the festival happening across a number of London locations all summer. Aside from acts such as Basement Jaxx and Sophie Ellis Bextor you can expect cooking shows (seriously) and your standard street food vendors to help line those stomachs.

The “(su)SHE Could Be the One” Date

Something a little more romantic….. Bisushima next to Trafalgar Square is a great little Japanese restaurant with a terrace that’s perfect if you’re looking for a dinner date. The food is excellent – booking is definitely recommended if you want to sit on the terrace.

Until next week!
