Breweries ain’t what they used to be. Old men sweating away on a hot factory floor may not be the first thing that comes to mind anymore…. So whilst today’s brewery may be all about craft beer and street food, the new Camden Brewery Beer Hall opens its character-filled doors making it the perfect date venue to grab a bite and a pint. Oh, it’s also situated on the original Camden Hells site – so, drink in that history!
Chances are it’ll rain this week….. So why not go and see a movie? This week “Nobody” starring Bob Odenkirk invades screens up and down the country! Action/comedy in the John Wick mould – perfect for a bit of cheese whether it’s date one or one-hundred!
The Euros are happening. Travelling isn’t. Soak up England’s inevitable second round loss on penalties at the perfect group date venue – Costa Del Tottenham! Yep, that’s its actual name. Big screen, great bants, St George Cross in abundance – what better way to see someone’s true colours than bonding over football coming home!?
Southbank is always a great date place! Beer garden Between the Bridges has popped up where the old Udderbelly took up residence for so long. Expect outdoor bars, street food, markets, brunches, mini golf and just general entertainment in what is fast becoming London’s fave first date destination.
Just because Portugal has been struck off the “green list”, doesn’t mean you need to miss out on an authentic Iberian experience. Estrela Bar in Little Portugal wedged between Vauxhall and Stockwell is the perfect date place if you’re looking for amazing food and a great atmosphere! Sit outside if you can and soak up the vibe with traditional Portuguese dishes and drinks that won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
