Enjoy the warmth of the bonfire and as you listen to Epiphany stories, have one last sing-a-long to traditional carols and listen to live music whilst chomping on Twelfth Night cake and swigging mulled wine.

You’ll combine circuits, with High-Intensity Interval Training and body combat set to a backdrop of spirit filled, gospel music. There’s no way you’ll come out of this feeling any post-Christmas blues!

And after that workout, just in case you’re feeling peckish and aren’t quite ready to ditch those stretchy Christmas pants just yet, Kino Vino are hosting a 4-week long dinners as part of their Nuclear Winter festival. You’ll have the opportunity to go back to the era of the Iron Curtain and sample foods from all four corners of the former Soviet Union, this week starting with Central Asia & Siberia. And then after all that food, get back on the health kick again at Re-Solutions 30-day-long health and wellness festival at Juju’s Bar & Stage.
