The “STRANGER THINGS have happened” Date

The “You drive me WILD” Date
When thinking about copulation, you may not necessarily think about The Natural History Museum, but this month that is about to change. On Valentine’s Day, NHM are hosting an evening of romantic fascination covering animal courtship, salsa classes and everything in-between. Discover the science behind aphrodisiacs and ask the experts all your burning questions about The Strange World of Animal Sex. There will also be live music and plenty of cocktails to get you in the mood. Early Bird tickets are sold out, but you can still get Adult tickets for £35 or Members tickets for £31.50.
The “Let’s keep things LIGHT” Date
Nothing sends a message across quite like 47 different lantern groups, 2,000 lanterns and a million lightbulbs. Lightopia at Chiswick House and Gardens is the perfect date night if all you fancy is a stroll, some delicious street-food and sight-seeing. Inspired by China, you can set your eyes on an impressive collection of handmade Chinese lanterns, extraordinary projection mapping and interactive pieces. There is also a Chinese artisan market, acrobat displays and funfair rides to enjoy at the end of the trail. Tickets are wallet-friendly starting at £20.
The “No PIER pressure” Date
What better way to drown your single sorrows amongst friends or celebrate your love life with a partner than cruises around London on a luxury boat. Take in the city’s wonderful sights on a 3-level, 240 capacity vessel with a fully stocked bar, electric heaters, and a large open-deck with plenty of Valentine’s Day specials. Enjoy plenty of cocktails, complimentary chocolates and music. The boat party kicks off at 8pm but you have to arrive at 7.30 for boarding at Westminster Pier. Tickets start at £25.
