You’ll have the following traits:

  • An outgoing personality
  • Be a problem-solver
  • Be well-organised, reliable, punctual
  • Easily contactable

  • Self-motivated
  • Able to think outside the box

What you’ll be doing:

  • Need to be able to get across zones 1 and 2 in London by 6pm at least twice per month
  • Set up events for up to 30 people (games, flyers, banners, tables, clipboards)
  • Check people in
  • Chase-up any late-comers
  • Be able to stand up in front of up to 30 people explaining how the event works
  • Make sure the event is running smoothly and dealing with any issues that may arise
  • Liaise with venue staff on any issues
  • Pack-up the event area
  • Contact the Operations Team regarding event feedback
  • Be an amazing brand ambassador
